The Hotel de Gigaro and its restaurant beside the sea
Our hotel at La Croix-Valmer offers guests two menus for two atmospheres on its private beach: Pépé le Pirate for lunch, L’Italien for dinner.
Besides their terrace opening onto Gigaro Bay, our restaurant also offer a warm welcome, a family atmosphere, and cuisine that showcases the flavours of the Mediterranean.
The chef, Philippe Selles, who officiates at the Hôtel des Ducs de Savoie in Courchevel in the winter, prepares dinner dishes suggestions inspired by the Provencal tradition: John Dory with Bouillabaisse sauce, rack of lamb with olive crust, tian of vegetables, etc.
Pépé le Pirate at lunchtime and L’Italien in the evening offer a French cuisine in the brasserie grill style with hints of the South and of Italy with, among other things, pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.
A children’s menu is available at lunchtime and in the evening.
